Jane Van Doe - >Jesus, Jesus, Jesus, Jesus, Jesus, Jesus, Jesus, Jesus - What Would Jesus Do? (WWJD WWJD WWJD)

2014-11-10 14

There are hungry children crying,
every minute of the day.
Not listening is denying,
just pretend all children play.
Their pain is something you can’t know,
unless you’ve worn their shoes…
And then you’d
have to walk a mile or two…
But for God’s grace,
it’s them instead of you…
So ask yourself,
‘What would Jesus do? ’

Your food is on the table,
your home is safe and warm.
You’re body’s strong and able,
to weather every storm.
Look inside your heart and know,
you are among the few…
God has blessed your life
with skies of blue…
Think of those
less fortunate than you…
And ask yourself,
‘What would Jesus do? ’

What would Jesus do?
He’d help the needy.
What would Jesus do?
He’d feed the poor.
What would Jesus do?
He’d speak of love and peace,
When someone tried to
start another war.
Knowing what God’s children
need from you,
Ask yourself,
‘What would Jesus do? ’

As walls built of steel and mortar,
come crashing to the ground.
Where the world will seek new order,
less freedom will be found.
So knowing what you know now,
it all begins with you…
To try and always make
the right things true…
Just look at what the world
is going through…
Now ask yourself,
‘What would Jesus do? ’
